New, sunny, spacious vacation rental in the Dolomites (1,400 m), one kilometer from the Obereggen Latemar ski area. 20 minutes from Bolzano. Right next to the bus and ski bus stop. Accommodates up to 6 people, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 office or bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, 1 guest restroom, a living area with a dining table and a smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Hiking is possible year-round—for example, toward Lake Carezza; the trail starts right behind the house. Skiing, snowboarding, or tobogganing are available from late November through Easter. The garden also offers space for sunbathing or relaxing on the swing, complete with a grill area and dining table (May–October).

Hello, please treat my apartment with respect and care. If something breaks, please let me know immediately. Smoking is allowed in front of the house and in the garden. A local tax of 2,70€ per person and night has to be paid on site. We ask for a night's rest from 10 pm. The washing machine is in the laundry room at the back of the garden and costs €5. We wish you a pleasant stay and lots of fun in the great outdoors.
