We rent the second bedroom occasionally; a spacious private room and your own bathroom with bathtab, in our 5th floor penthouse appartment in Stockwell - a short walking distance from Stockwell tube (9 mins), Brixton tube (11 mins), Kennington Oval (18 mins), Clapham (15 mins), Vauxhall (20 mins), Tate Britain (30 mins). Tube ride: 8 mins to Victoria 12 mins to Oxford Circus. A large private balcony, another communal terrace - both with amazing city views, accessible at all times. A newly built flat with contemporary amenities, ventilation, underfloor heating. We live in our own ensuite bedroom, in the same flat. Towels and toiletries provided if needed.
