I'm a writer so the vibe of the house is very artistic and I'd love to host responsible people with interests in art, design, reading, etc. not exclusive of course but if this is your vibe you'll love the place and neighborhood. The house has a big living room full of books, and a small garden - balcony to relax with views to the street, and a big terrace in the top of the house (with the laundry area and a room with desks adapted for working - doing home office). The house is in the Americana neighborhood which is very trendy with lots of restaurants, cafes, arty stores, museums, etc. nearby, also all transportation options available. P.S. In case you want / need food or meals for your stay let me know in advance, there's a lady who helps me to cook so I can provide the service for an extra price but I need to let her know with ******** with a double mattress, 2 nightstands with their lamps, 1 closet, 1 desktop to write / work and a wood chair.
