The neighborhood is perfect for long, tree-lined walks for a smoke. • Parties or illegal activities are not allowed. ________________________________________ 👥 Guests & Occupancy • Maximum guests: 8 people (main house + bungalow combined). • Please only bring registered guests — helps us keep everyone safe and comfortable. ________________________________________ 🐾 Pets • 1 pet is welcome, and additional pets will need prior approval. • Clean up after them and avoid leaving pets unattended indoors and outdoors. ________________________________________ 💆 Special Extras * 🌿 One Complimentary Thai Massage To make your stay extra relaxing, one guest in the party booking 10 nights or more is invited to enjoy a complimentary Thai massage by Shai — a soothing wellness experience offered exclusively to registered guests of the house. A few simple notes: This is a one-time courtesy for qualifying stays, meant to help you unwind and settle into the tropical rhythm. The massage is not a commercial service and is not open to outside visitors. All sessions take place on-site, at a convenient time arranged during your stay. Advance scheduling is appreciated so Shai can prepare a peaceful setting for you. * We hope this special touch adds to your sense of calm and connection during your time in our little tropical hideaway. 🌺 ------------------------------------------------------------ 🍽 Kitchen & Meals • Make yourself at home in the kitchen — all appliances, cookware, and utensils are yours to use! • Clean up after cooking and dispose of trash in designated bins. • BBQ: Please shut off the propane tank after use. ________________________________________ 🌿 Outdoor Fun • Enjoy the fire pit — never leave it unattended until completely extinguished. • Café string lights, patio furniture, and décor are fragile — please handle gently. • Kayaks are available for river adventures! Two life jackets are available upon request. And children must be supervised and wear life jackets. ________________________________________ 🏠 Studio Bungalow • Private entrance and bathroom — creating a sense of privacy. • Rustic finishes (brick floors, wood surfaces) are part of the charm — treat gently. ________________________________________ 🛁 Bathrooms & Linens • Towels are in the drawers in Bedroom 1 (queen bedroom in the main house) and in the bathroom closet in the bungalow. • Place used towels in the foldable white laundry holders located in the queen bedroom in the main house and in the bungalow — helps us save water. • First aid kits are located in both bathrooms. • Dispose of wipes, sanitary products, and non-flushables in the trash.
