James is a very nice, easy going host who has built a great space for the sort of weekend I wanted. I met cool gay dudes happy to give me social interactions, but was given space if I wanted to hang out in my room. Go into it with the mindset of wanting the sort of fun nights you had in college with casts of characters, laid back vibes, and minimal stress and you'll have an awesome time.
