Luxury King Massage Bed/Private Room

1. Temperature - to conserve energy The downstair temperature is to remain between 72-77 degrees/on cool (Summer time). You must always let host know before adjusting 2. Shared Spaces (Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry Room) are to always be left clean upon use. If you make a mess please clean up after yourself. 3. Guest/ Parties - Parties are prohibited on the property. No more than 2 additional approved guest are allowed at a time. Please contact host if there is any additional guest needed for anything. 4. Overnight Guest - Overnight guest upon approval are allowed for $20 a night fee per guest. 5. Smoking/drugs- No smoking/or use of non prescribed drugs of any kind is allowed on the premises (Cigarettes, Vapes, Marijuana). If you want to smoke a cigarette or vape, please be 10 feet off of the premises Marijuana use is PROHIBITED 🚫 completely on/or near the property, if this rule is violated, or the smell of weed is found in the house/room, the guest responsibile will be charged $100 fee for policy violation. 6. Fire Arms - No fire arms are allowed 7. By booking you are agreeing to all of the aforementioned rules stated above.
