Quiet hours For everyone’s beauty sleep, quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM. Normal conversation, day-to-day sounds, and music are totally fine — just save the loud DJ sets and Beyoncé reenactments for daytime. Visitors Registered guests only unless ******** first. Keeps the home safe, private, and drama-free. Shared spaces You’re welcome to move through and use the shared areas, just keep the kitchen, living room, pool area, and laundry neat so the space stays comfortable for everyone. No smoking indoors Feel free to smoke outside — I’ll have an ashtray waiting. Please make sure everything’s disposed of properly. No parties This is a calm, resort-style retreat. No parties, large gatherings, or events — just vibes, rest, and good company. Safety & security The front door locks automatically. Please don’t adjust any smart-home settings beyond the fan and lighting controls provided in your room. (We keep the tech drama minimal.) Pets I adore animals, but pets aren’t allowed in the guest suite — my two Boston Terriers (Dwight and Briley) already think they run the place. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
