House Rules (Guest-Friendly & Enforceable) • Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors and ensure a peaceful stay. • Occupancy: The suite accommodates a maximum of 2 registered guests. Please contact the host in advance if you have special requests. An additional $50 fee per unapproved guest will apply. • Cooking Guidelines: – Light cooking is allowed for guests staying 5 nights or longer. – No cooking between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM. • Kitchen Care: Kindly wash all dishes after use. If dishes are left unwashed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. • Check-Out: Late check-out may be available upon prior approval. If not approved, a $20 per hour late fee may apply. • Parking: One vehicle per booking. Parking is provided in the driveway and is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. A photo with parking instructions will be sent once you confirm you’ll be bringing a vehicle. • No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. A $250 cleaning fee will apply for odor removal. • Plumbing: Please do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper. This includes wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. • Damages: Accidents happen—please notify the host immediately if anything is broken or damaged so we can address it promptly. Additional Rules • No Parties or Events: The property is intended for quiet, registered guests only. • Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved by the host in advance. • Property Use: Guests assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during their stay. • Children: The suite is not child-proofed. Guests traveling with children are responsible for their supervision at all times. • Pets: No pets are allowed unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival. • Heating & AC: Please turn off AC/heating when doors or windows are open. • Trash: Please place trash in designated bins and follow check-out instructions. • Illegal Activity: Any illegal activity will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.
