It took us years to find each other but our love is deep and confident. Andreas is Greek born and Sergio is of Mexican decent - we know 5 languages between us - entre nos dos, sabemos cinco idiomas. We love to travel and love our historic home in Long Beach CALIFORNIA. We gratefully enjoy a good life. Work also seems to consume Sergio at times but he loves a project. Andreas works as a senior data architect Resume is too long so here are some highlights: I have been a REALTOR since 1997 and bought my first home in 1994. We love coffee and a great not just good cocktail My education includes a degree in Chemical Engineering and minor in Chemistry I served on the PRIDE board for 17 years I prefer to go on a hike or adventure rather than lie on the beach. I love to cook and eat good food of any kind but tend to stay on the healthy side of the spectrum. I was raised in East Los Angeles by two amazing parents who are still best friends after 60 years of marriage. Our home in Greece is on Corfu island

Host recommendations

Although we want you to feel at home, please make sure to treat the property with respect. The neighbors are great but appreciate their peace and privacy. City noise ordinance / quiet time starts at 10 pm. You may park your vehicle so as to block the driveway. The co-host is our mother, Vicky, who parks her vehicle in actual driveway and may occasionally go on a grocery run; either way she will respectfully communicate if she needs to leave. At check in: Host or Co-Host will provide key depending on check in / arrival time. After hour 10pm+ check ins should be arranged in advance. Please enjoy any condiment or item left in the refrigerator or pantry. You may find a special surprise if Vicky happens to have cooked or put together a welcome package for you. The GUEST GUIDE is on the living room coffee table as you come in. There are various instructions on check out that you should be aware of, but that is for later. Various suggestions for your stay are to be found in the guide including contact and locations of various LGBT+ owned businesses nearby. Forget something? We offer a quick care package for a minimal fee that includes a toothbrush and such. Need a charging cable? We probably have one of those too.
