Additional Property Rules Quiet Hours Out of respect for the neighbors, quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. During this time, loud music, gatherings, or any noise that may disturb others is not allowed. 2. Air Conditioning Use Air conditioning usage includes 10 kW per night for each A/C unit. If this consumption is exceeded, an additional charge of $8 MXN per extra kW will apply. To avoid high consumption, please turn off the A/C units when you are not in the apartment and keep doors and windows closed while using them. 3. Pets Pets are not allowed in the apartment or common areas. 4. Towels If you take the towels outside the apartment (pool or beach), please make sure to return them. Any lost, stained, or damaged towels will incur an additional charge. 5. Property Damage Any damage caused to furniture, appliances, décor, or installations will be charged at the end of the stay. Please report any issue or malfunction during your visit. 6. Visitors and Occupancy Only the guests registered in the reservation are allowed access to the apartment. No additional visitors are permitted without prior authorization. 7. Security Please lock all doors and windows when leaving. Do not share access codes with third parties. 8. Trash Please dispose of trash in the designated building containers to avoid insects and bad odors. 9. No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Only in designated outdoor areas (if available). Penalty applies for violations. 10. Check-out Check-out is at 11:00 am.
