This is my childhood home and we live here full-time with our animals. It’s a large 2 story house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a workout room above the garage with treadmill/weights. Two bedrooms upstairs with queen size mattresses and two bathrooms. You will basically have the entire upstairs to yourself. 5 minutes to cute downtown Durant and 7 minutes from the world renowned Choctaw Casino Resort.
