Welcome to Washington Heights! This home is intended to be a comfortable, welcoming space where guests can relax and feel at home. The property is located in one of Milwaukee's most charming and centrally located neighborhoods, with easy access to local restaurants, parks, entertainment, and downtown attractions. Please be respectful of the home, the neighbors, and other occupants of the property. While we have not experienced issues with noise, there are neighbors nearby, including an upstairs unit, so please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during late evening and early morning hours. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved by the host in advance. If you would like to invite visitors, simply reach out and we can discuss arrangements. This is my primary residence, and from time to time I may have friends or guests visiting as well. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared spaces and interact with me and my guests as much or as little as they like. My goal is to create a friendly, comfortable environment where everyone feels welcome while respecting each other's privacy and schedules.
