I am renting a large, private bedroom, with a bathroom only shared with guests in a beautiful and very spacious apartment located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The room comes fully furnished with a king size bed and an oversized closet with plenty of storage space.

The apartment itself is open, airy, and thoughtfully designed, with a private balcony featuring a jacuzzi tub that is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Upstairs, there is a rooftop infinity pool with sweeping views that truly make this place special.

The location offers the best of both worlds. You are only five to ten minutes from bars, restaurants, and nightlife, and about a ten minute walk to the beach. The apartment is up a hill, so there is a climb to get here, but the views and peaceful atmosphere make it more than worth it.

This is an ideal space for someone who appreciates comfort, quiet, and incredible views while still being close to everything.

The apartment is nice just like the pictures. The room is comfortable, AC in all the areas. They have everything you need while you're staying. Even though we were sharing the place with them, we had privacy. Steven and his partner are welcoming and friendly. The communication before and during my stay was good. There were a few things you should take into account, but these are out of their hands. There are water shortages in the city, and the apartment is located on a small hill with stairs to access it, so be ready to work those legs. It's close to all the gay areas. It was a good stay. I recommend you stay here if you are planning to visit PV!
