Hello! I’m a friendly and welcoming host—a single, gay, African American male—offering my entire home as a tranquil space for your stay. Depending on my schedule, I may or may not be present during your visit, but either way, I strive to make this a safe and comfortable retreat for everyone.

Location Highlights:

Conveniently located just 20 minutes from both the airport and downtown. Close to traditional nightlife and approximately 20 minutes from local gay bars and clubs. Set in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing after a day or night out. House Rules:

No smoking, no drugs, and no pets are permitted in the home. Nudity is welcome indoors if it makes you feel more comfortable, but please remain clothed when leaving the home or in outdoor spaces. This is a relaxed, inclusive environment where all guests are treated with respect. Amenities:

Parking is available on the street. If the driveway is free during your stay, I’ll be happy to let you know. Feel free to message me with any questions or concerns before booking. I want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

I am a single professional male and have been in my current industry for more than 35 years. I am a Photographer, Baker, Accountant, Notary Public, and Notary Closing Agent, Mortgage loan officer and realtor. Please no smoking or drugs of any kind on the property. The house is in a very nice area of town. It is about 20-25 min from the airport and downtown is about 15-20 minutes. Also there is a nice outlet mall close by and a nightlife strip as well. Gay bars and clubs are about as close as 15 minutes and as far as 30 minutes depending on what you like.

It is about 20 minutes from Charlie's Bar, Kobalt Bar, and Anvil Bar and 30 min from BS West (Scottsdale).
