Your hosts, Michael and Stephen are looking forward to your stay! This home is located in the Midtown neighborhood of Phoenix. This is a full one bedroom Casita with a private bathroom, full kitchen and laundry. It has a queen sized bed and a full size sleeper sofa. This is a beautiful big home with comfy shared outdoor spaces to enjoy. There is another private room available to rent out separately.
You will be staying in a fully updated and remodeled large one bedroom casita in Midtown with easy parking on a quiet street. Very close to the light rail and freeways. The property has a large landscaped backyard and patio. The pool is available; however, it is not heated. There are beach towels and seating for poolside lounging.
There are two small dogs on the premises- a mixed terrier breed as well as a young dachshund—happy to greet you! They are not allowed in your room. The doggies have their own space.
You will have a modern kitchen, as well as private laundry, and laundry supplies are included.

The home is within walking distance of a public golf course. Neighborhood has nice wide streets and is great for going out walking. It is very close to Murphy’s Bridle Path, (A popular tree-lined walking and running path along Central Avenue). The house is also centrally located between several hiking trails, (North Mountain Park, Piestewa Peak, Echo Canyon and South Mountain). Phoenix Tennis Center is less than 3/4 of a mile. Downtown attractions, Phoenix Art Museum, the Arizona Science Center, The Herberger Theater, as well as a variety of dining choices are only minutes away.

This place was great and Michael and Stephen were great hosts. The room was super comfy and the back yard and pool were really lovely. I only wish I had more time to enjoy them on my quick work trip. Highly recommend!

This was our first time using MisterBnB, and we feel so grateful to have found Michael's place. Michael made us feel comfortable and at home. He is a fantastic host, very friendly and was helpful whenever we had questions (about his place or phoenix). His place is magnificent, truly felt nicer than staying at a resort or 5 star hotel! Lots of space, exceptionally clean, super modern & beautifully detailed. If you need a place to stay in phx, look no further!

My second time staying with Michael and was just as happy as the first. The house is beautiful and Michael, Bandito, and Booger (his pups) are excellent hosts. Looking forward to staying again one day.

This is a beautiful home and Michael and Micahel were the most gracious and welcoming hosts. I am definitely staying with them again next time I visit Phoenix. They were helpful and kind and the place was modern and sexy and the pool was awesome. Definitely worth your stay :)

Nice accomodations, nice home, friendly hosts. Would be even nicer during time of year when pool and spa could be used- water still much too cool. Nice location, outside of central city. Will definitely consider booking again if back in Phoenix.
