Located on a quiet street with easy parking, the home is conveniently close to the light rail and major freeways. Guests can enjoy bright, comfortable indoor living spaces, a large modern kitchen, laundry facilities with supplies included, and a landscaped backyard with a patio, pool, and hot tub. The pool is available year-round but is not heated unless requested. Pool heating is available for $50 per day with a two-day minimum, and the hot tub may be heated for $10 per day.
Two friendly small dogs, a terrier mix and a young dachshund, live on the property and may greet you. They have their own designated space and are not allowed in guest rooms.
