Great Space in Midtown Phoenix

The home is spotless, roomy, and beautiful. The host are so kind and gracious. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on. This was as nice as a well appointed hotel, but with the freedom to not wear clothes and simply relax. I really loved my stay.

What an amazing home and the hosts couldn't be any more thoughtful. The clothing optional pool was a wonderful way to relax and unwind in the Phoenix heat. I will definitely stay here on the future trips to Phoenix.

Me and my husband had an amazing stay. It was our first visit to the USA and were a little nervous. Michael and his lovely husband made us feel extremely welcome and we were both put at ease right away. Their home is absolutely stunning and spotless inside and out. They also have 2 adorable dogs, who of course got as much attention as we could give. The location was perfect, is very close to all local amenities but far enough to feel like you were staying in a quiet suburb...perfect. Thank you both and hope to see you again next year

This is THE place you want to stay in Phoenix. Michael has a phenomenal house that he has made into a wonderful place to call home temporarily. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is safe and plenty of parking. The house is designed with a private entrance on the front of the house. My room was spacious featuring a comfortable bed, nightstands, a relaxing leather recliner, big wall mounted TV, and good sized closet. The bathroom was pretty and spacious. The common area is totally SW decor and very comfortable. There is a huge kitchen with two refrigerators, and a large walk-in pantry with snacks. He offers a desktop computer if needed. The large living room connects to the private swimming pool. The back yard has plants that someone how thrive in the AZ temperatures. I found the location in midtown to be great. Michael is helpful and the perfect host, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend a stay with Michael.

Michael is a wonderful and friendly host and his home is really beautiful. Everything in his elegant and well-designed house is clean and orderly, and his four dogs are as friendly as it can be - and cute. We had a great time.

It is a very nice place. And the room I was in allowed for me to come and go easily, without disturbing anyone. I've already stayed here once before this and would again.

This was my first time staying with any B&B and did not know what to expect Michael is a excellent host, showed me around his home we had good conversations about Phoenix and my home town. I will look forward to staying there again with my partner. Got to say it was nice to swim, and relax in the back yard. Did I say his dogs are super friendly. They sure wanted me to feel right at home. Thank you again for a great couple of days.

My traveling companion and I were not sure what to expect as this was our first Mr (or ******** experience. The five star rating we gave doesn't express the care our hosts provided in pre-arrival coordination, the very gracious hospitality provided while we were there, or how truly fabulous their home is. We arrived after sundown and were concerned about finding the exact house by house number and GPS in the dark. Their home stands out, tastefully modeled, well lit ... we had no question as to the correct house. Our heartfelt thanks go out to Michael and Michael for this wonderful experience. - Ernie & Mark
