Bright studio located in Centro de playa del Carmen. It features a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, air conditioning, ceiling and portable fans, 55-inch TV, 100 Mbps WiFi, super-comfortable king-size bed, sofa bed, parking (unallocated), rooftop bar, infinity pool and gym.
The condo is within walking distance of all major attractions, including the beach. A private balcony lets you admire the sunsets and enjoy your breakfast without the heat of the rising sun in the mornings.
Everything is within walking distance: the beach, 5th Avenue, restaurants, bars, shopping centers, supermarkets two blocks away, ferries to the beautiful island of Cozumel.
There's a superb roof terrace with sun deck, sun loungers, infinity pool, bar and parking (not assigned).
You'll be in the center of Playa del Carmen, a very quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of prestige, everything within walking distance: beach, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, supermarkets, banks, 5th Avenue, the municipal park giving you access to several exhibitions and shows.
Use of the building's parking lot is not guaranteed, as there are no allocated parking spaces. If you find a free space, you can use it. Reservations are not permitted.
