Guests have full access to the home with the exception of access to 3 closets and the 2 car garage that is not open to guest use. Parking is in the driveway, in front of the home, and on the street. We are only 5 minutes from the downtown area with plenty of local attractions nearby including multiple museums, public parks, the convention center, the American Airlines arena and uptown vibes. Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville and McKinney Street are all within your reach so there are plenty of options to choose from. Scooter and bike shares are easily accessed from this home, and public transport stations are nearby. There is parking in the driveway and street for guests. Ride shares are affordable from this area due to its central location. In order to better serve you. We ask ALL the guests to provide the following trip information:

POOL & HOT TUB: If you would like to use the hot tub ONLY fee is $100/day or heating for the pool + hot tub fee is $150/day extra fee. Pool and hot tub heating is NOT included with your reservation. If you would like to use either without heating there is no charge. Must be requested 24 hours in advance.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

TRUST AND SAFETY: This home is protected by the Guesty Shield Trust & Safety program, which provides up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental damage to the property and its contents during your stay. The Guesty Shield fee is a mandatory fee (if you opt out of refundable incidental hold) disclosed at checkout and collected through ********. In the event of accidental damage, any claim is handled in accordance with ********'s Terms of Service through the ******** Resolution Center (backed by AirCover for Hosts). Guests remain responsible for damage caused during their stay as described in the House Rules. This protection applies to stays of 21 nights or fewer.
