1.5km from Aiguebelette-le-lac beach. Bedroom with private shower room. The house offers a magnificent view of the lake, with a large terrace. Situated 20 minutes from Chambery, 1 hour from Lyon, less than an hour from the first ski slopes and very close to Lac d'Aiguebelette. The house is quiet and not overlooked. You'll be able to take advantage of the grounds, and in particular the hill behind the house, which offers a breathtaking view over the lake for dream picnics.
The house measures approx. 100m2 and faces south-west. The bedroom measures 10m2 and faces north-east. The living room/kitchen 37m2 and the terrace 30m2. The bed is queen size (160x200cm).
Wifi is available via fiber.
The nearest train station is Lépin-le-Lac (8km from my house), but if you need to rent a car, you'll have to stop at Chambery station (21km).
Aiguebelette beach is less than 2km away, with three restaurants open in season. The nearest shops are in Lépin le lac (boulangerie, boucherie, tabac-presse, superette...).
Novalaise offers a wider choice of shops and a morning market on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Absolute perfection! Our stay was amazing. The host gave us the entire upper floor: a lovely room with a private bath, a spacious living room, and a massive terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake. Because the area is so quiet and free from light pollution, we sat on the terrace at night and saw shooting stars! On top of that, the host was super friendly and went out of his way to help us book dinner and make us feel completely at home. We would love to come back.
