By booking this space, you acknowledge that you are sharing a sleeping area and a King-sized bed with me, your host. To ensure we both have a comfortable and positive experience, I have outlined the following house rules.
1. Respect, Privacy, and Consent
First and foremost, this is an LGBTQ+ safe and inclusive space. A shared-bed arrangement requires a high level of mutual respect and personal boundaries. I am committed to providing a comfortable, non-judgmental environment, and I expect the same in return. Communication is key; if at any point you have questions or need to discuss the shared space, please feel free to speak up. Any form of harassment or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the stay.
2. Registered Guests Only
Due to the intimate and shared nature of this listing, strictly no outside visitors or unregistered overnight guests are permitted in the apartment at any time. This is a firm rule to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of both the host and the guest.
3. Quiet Hours and Rest
Living in a shared room means being extra mindful of each other's sleep schedules. We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please use headphones for any media and keep lighting to a minimum to ensure we both get a restful night’s sleep. This is a peaceful residential building, so loud music, parties, or social events are strictly prohibited.
