Welcome to my home! To ensure that your stay is comfortable and that we maintain a harmonious living environment, I have outlined the following house rules. By booking this private room, you agree to follow these guidelines throughout your stay. These rules are designed to protect the privacy, safety, and comfort of everyone in the apartment.

1. A Culture of Respect and Inclusion
This is a proud LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive household. I am committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment for all travelers within the misterb&b community. I expect a mutual level of respect and kindness from all my guests. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior toward the host or neighbors will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

2. Privacy and Occupancy Standards
This booking is for your private room and exclusive use of your private bathroom. To ensure the security of the home and the privacy of all residents, strictly no outside visitors or unregistered overnight guests are permitted in the apartment at any time. Your room is your personal sanctuary; please treat it with care.

3. Quiet Hours and Noise Management
The apartment is located in a peaceful residential complex. To maintain good relations with our neighbors, we observe strict quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. During this time, please keep electronic volumes low and speak at a conversational level. This is a quiet, restful home and is not suitable for parties, loud music, or social events of any kind.

4. Cleanliness and Shared Spaces
While you have your own private room and bathroom, the kitchen and living areas are shared. We take great pride in keeping our home clean and hygienic. If you use the kitchen for light meal preparation, please wash, dry, and put away all dishes and utensils immediately after use. Please ensure all countertops are wiped down. To maintain the quality of our carpets, we operate a "no shoes indoors" policy.

5. Smoking, Vaping, and Substances
This is a strictly 100% smoke-free and vape-free environment. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or on the building balconies. If you wish to smoke, you must do so at street level, well away from the building entrance, and dispose of waste responsibly. The use or possession of any illegal substances is strictly forbidden.

6. Safety, Security, and Utilities
Your safety is paramount. Please ensure that the front door is double-checked and locked every time you enter or exit. In an effort to be environmentally conscious, we kindly ask that you turn off all lights, heaters, and electrical appliances in your room when you are not present. Please be mindful of water usage to help us maintain a sustainable household.

7. Check-in and Check-out
Please communicate your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so I can ensure I am available to greet you. Upon departure, please leave the room in a tidy state and return the keys as instructed.
