🏡 Welcome to my humble, welcoming home — a comfortable place to relax, unwind and enjoy your stay in Auckland. Your private room includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawer, bedside light and plenty of natural light. Guests can also enjoy the kitchen, shower and living areas downstairs, along with the deck — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. It’s an older-style home with all the basic amenities you’ll need. I keep things quiet and relaxed, with no parties, and I’m a mature, friendly and bubbly host who enjoys meeting new people. I work Monday–Friday, generally 8:30am–5:30pm, but I’m happy to help make your stay enjoyable when I’m around. Optional Extras ✈ Airport pickup/drop-off can be arranged for an additional cost, depending on the time. 🏙 City tours/local guide — I can show you around Auckland and share some of my favourite spots for an additional cost. We can discuss this before your stay. 💆 30-minute massage is also available as an optional extra for an additional cost. Whether you’re visiting Auckland for a few days or simply looking for a friendly, relaxed place to stay, you’re welcome here. 😊

Super friendly and accommodating host. Great company in and out of the abode. This place has the essentials and is also a great spot on the edge of the city for solo travellers. Public transport nearby as well as the Dominion road strip for food and groceries.

From the moment Colin picked me up at the airport, I felt truly welcomed. He's not just a great host, but a genuinely kind person who treats you like an old friend. Despite unpredictable weather, he went out of his way to ensure I experienced the best of Auckland—covering both popular sights and hidden gems. His home offers a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. If you're visiting Auckland, I highly recommend staying with Colin. I'd gladly book with him again.

It was really a delight to stay at this place. Colin is genuinely a nice person who will make you feel really comfortable. He is eager to go extra miles to help you. I really felt like I was staying at my friend's place while staying at Colin's place. The place is really quiet and it is easy to get around if you are not in a rush. Highly recommended to those who want the real taste of Auckland at their own pace.
