Penthouse Level Apartment + Free Car Park

No words can truly describe the uniqueness of this place. The location is perfect, the room is perfect, everything sparkling clean. But the hosts make the stay completely exceptional. This is my best Misterbnb stay ever and I would have definitely chosen this one again! Thank you Terry and Adem for your kindness and effort. I will remember it forever!

A true 5-star experience, and our best stay ever in a MrBnB. Terry and Adam were generous hosts and quickly became friends. They communicated well beforehand. Although our flight arrived late in the evening, they met us outside their building then treated us to wine and great conversation. They took us on an Auckland highlights driving tour on our first morning, and provided loads of info to make our stay even better. Great access to K Road and other fun spots. A must-stay in Auckland!

Auckland has a lot to offer and the hosts are there to introduce you to the best activities. I was impressed by the beauty of this city's shoreline and how easy it is to take a ferry to explore a little further. You will not regret staying at this place.

I must say that coming from the other part of the world, San Salvador where I reside and without not knowing I was going to make new friends; Terry and Aden exceeded my expectations and made sure at all times I was comfortable. We had an amazing experience staying with Terry and Adem. These two guys are so genuine and down-to-earth. They were so easy to get along with during our stay. The chemistry was so organic it felt like we were staying with friends and family. Terry was so nice to take us on a tour of Auckland. He drove us to many hot points of the city and we got to see so much in a short amount of time. He went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated throughout our stay. He even washed our towels and beachwear for us after we came back from the beach. Adem is just as sweet as Terry. He had a day off and he was so nice to take us to the beach and took us to Mount Eden. We were also invited to hang out with Adem and Terry one evening and we got to meet Adem’s brother and friends. Adem’s brother was very nice to us and even treated us like family. They also were so kind enough to invite us to dinner one evening on another evening. Aside from two amazing hosts, the location is ideal to anyone visiting the CBD area. We were about a 10-minute walk to the SkyTower... 20-minute walk to the Harbor. (The Sushi Store/Naked Chopstick is an EXCELLENT choice for a quick meal. City Liquor also has a great variety of spirits.) The room/space checked all the boxes. The entire apartment was very clean. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and had plenty of room for storage. The bathroom was equipped with clean towels and all the toiletries that you might need while traveling. There’s also parking in the building, in case that is needed. Terry and Adem offered us coffee, fruits, continental breakfast, and even offered us spirits and cocktails. These were nice touches that enhanced our experience. Don’t pass these guys up. This is a great place, in a great location, and Adem and Terry are two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. They made it very comfortable to share their space with us. I’m glad to call Terry and Adem friends and they are always welcome in our home if ever need a place to stay.

I cannot praise my stay with Adem and Terry enough. Most importantly, it felt like visiting friends. The two of them are very warm and interested, we had some lovely conversations. I also got a wonderful tour along the coast, but these are all optional offers without any pressure. Add to that the beautiful apartment, which is extremely conveniently located for all activities, and has an amazing view. And the room is very cozy with the best bed ever.
