What a great place to stay easily accessible from town with a local bus 'the Out' only minutes away The hosts Simon and Richard were very welcoming and relaxed about having an unknown guest staying. They were both incredibly helpful and friendly with advice about where to go and what to do. Generous with their time without intrusion. The bed was extremely comfortable and a pleasant space to be in.

Richard and Simon's house is nicely appointed, easy to get to and close to Auckland amenities. Communication with them was easy. I made this particular reservation very early, (my particular needs). It worked out fine. Oh, parking right out front of their place

Loved everything about my stay here. The folks were kind, generous and hospitable. Compassionate and understanding of my exhaustion from traveling, and incredibly accommodating. They were also warm and easy to connect with, which made the stay that much easier. Would definitely return.

I can't thank enough Simon and Richard for their superb hospitality. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always willing to offer tips and recommendations for my visit in Auckland. The room as well as the villa were spotless clean and the bed was very comfortable. The place it's located a close to a bus stop to the city and a 40-45 min walk to Auckland's city centre.

Firstly, Richard and Simon are truest lovely people. Their home is stunning and stylish yet still super cozy and homely. I always felt comfortable and included as part of their family. Thomas and Edie are adorable and friendly cats. The location was incredible, easy walk to a number of great restaurants and things to do. You cannot go wrong with booking at 2 Cox street. You will feel welcome, included and be at the receiving end of a huge amount of warmth and generously.
