Fab Apartment in Central Auckland (opposite Sky City/Tower)

Stephen and Mike are Warm, kind wonderful guys! The room was great, very comfy, and the guys made it very homey for my nights there! I really recommend them!

Stephen and Mike were excellent hosts. Their building is exactly across the street from the Sky Tower. They have a very nice apartment with great views of the city! I would definitely stay with them again. I was only there for one night...wish it could have been more. They were both very friendly and helpful in getting me around the city and back to the airport.

A fab apartment, indeed, but that is not, by far, the best aspect of renting this wonderful space, high in the air. The apartment’s owners, a warm, friendly, charming couple went above, and beyond, to assure our every comfort. In reviewing their upcoming reservations, and realizing that we were to arrive on Auckland’s Gay Pride day, they graciously invited us to contact the “it” parade route facility, where they had secured a private reserved table, for them, and their friends. How kind. Their home is absolutely immaculate, with a private bedroom and dedicated bathroom, for guests. They welcomed us to use their home, as our own, allowing us access to their coffee supplies, etc. Mike was gracious enough to make us a lovely breakfast, on the morning of our departure, not a stated benefit, for this very reasonably priced rental. As if all of this were not enough, at Stephen’s suggestion, he even got his car, from the garage, and drove us down to the wharf, where our departing vessel awaited. After such splendid hospitality, from a delightful couple, we both regretted not having booked for more than one night. Next time, to be sure! Thank you, guys. See you, again!

Stephen and Mike were incredible hosts. They gave clear directions on their location and were there when we arrived. The description of being in central Auckland is 100% accurate. It is an easy walk about downtown from their place. Stephen and Mike made us feel welcomed. They were most accommodating on our travel schedule which made our short stay very enjoyable. They are both friendly and we left Auckland having gained two good friends.

Stephen and Mike were awesome hosts!! I have never been to Auckland before and they helped me plan my short stay there with various suggestions and even took me around to show me some of their favorite places. They even offered to pick me up at the port if it was raining when I arrived!! Location, location, location... I can't say enough about how perfect the location of their flat is!! Centrally located and literally right across the street from SkyCIty/Sky Tower! The room/bathroom were immaculately clean, the bedroom had an amazing view and comfortable bed. I would highly recommend staying with Stephen and Mike if your travels take you to Auckland!

This unit is bang in the centre of the city, so I'll recommend it to every person that's visiting Auckland. Easy to get to and from the airport with the Skybus stop right around the corner. Very clean, and very appreciative of your privacy. I had my own room and bathroom, both of which were absolutely clean. Stephen and Mike were great hosts, they even offered to take me to the gay bars with them (which I'm so sad I couldn't go with them to). My second time staying with Stephen and Mike, and I am so happy I chose to stay with them! While the first visit was a brief one, I really got to chat with them and get to know them this time around. Both Stephen and Mike are so welcoming! I was in Auckland for a marathon, and on the day of the marathon after I returned, they even offered me food, which I had not expected.

Great hosts, very helpful with local knowledge. Great room, location very central and handy for both walking and buses (easy for Intercity buses and airport connections).

It was a very nice stay in Auckland. Because of the well situated flat directly in the city center opposite of skytower. The room is very comfortable with a own bathroom. But the best are the hosts. They are very friendly and gentle men, who have made the stay in Auckland unforgettable. So, thank you for this experience. When I will come back to NZ I would stay there definitely and recommend it to everyone to stay here.
