A Quiet Pocket of Peace: The flat is sitiuated on one of the quietest streets in the vibrant, accessible town. You get the best of both worlds: a quiet night’s sleep, just a 2 minute walk from the lively promenade.

Everything Within Reach: Supermarkets, local restaurants, the post office, and even the seafront Lido club are all within a 5-minute stroll.

The "Local" Shortcut: ►2 mins to the Gzira promenade at The Strand. ►10 mins to the Sliema ferries for a quick boat trip to Valletta. ►10 mins (Shortcut):My favourite path cuts right through Sliema, dropping you exactly at Balluta Bay in St. Julian’s for the best bars, beaches, & coffee spots.

Natural Privacy: The bedrooms are positioned at opposite ends of the 50 sqm open-plan area. This gives you a wonderful sense of your own personal space while still being part of a welcoming, lived-in home.

Your Personal Retreat: My bedroom was set up as a self-contained space for my convenience. I primarily only use the kitchen. This leaves the main living area and front terrace as your own space to stretch out, relax, and truly feel at home.

Modern Character: A bright, 3rd-floor apartment (with lift) blending modern finishes with warm, Mid-Century Modern touches.

Premium Comfort: A King-size bed (195cm by 160cm) with a semi-orthopaedic mattress and 550-thread-count cotton sheets.

Deep Sleep Ready: A mix of soft or medium pillows. The room features honeycomb blinds, integrated mosquito nets, double-glazing aperture, A/C, and a lockable door.

Bathroom A dedicated space featuring a walk-in shower, towel warmer, sink, toilet, bidet, and fresh, clean towels.

Kitchen & Dining area

The Social Hub:The heart of the open plan is a large island with a granite-stone finish, bar stools and a downdraft induction hob. It’s a perfect spot for your morning coffee, laptop sessions, preparing a fresh meal or doing your laundry.

Even though the apartment is shared with me ( the host), the configuration allows guests to truly enjoy their time peacefully without the need to host me in the open-plan living space & the front terrace. Both are situated close to their room door.
