We recommend that you respect your neighbors and the environment in which you are staying.
To ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible, we would like to make you aware of the essential rules of living together, which are common sense rules, and we urge you to :
- Be discreet in common areas.
- In the apartment :
- keep the volume down after 10pm.
- if possible, remove shoes to limit impact on the parquet floor:
- avoid slamming doors
- prevent objects from falling on the floor
- Late-night, noisy parties and receptions are prohibited.
- It is forbidden to invite other people into the accommodation who have not been indicated at the time of booking.
- ******** rubbish in the garbage can on the first floor. Garbage bags are available in the apartment.

Non-smoking accommodation:
We remind you that this accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
However, it is possible to smoke on the balcony, keeping the doors closed so that the smell of cigarettes does not permeate the accommodation, out of respect for other guests. An ashtray is at your disposal.

Parking :
On request in advance, private parking in the residence is available at a cost of €3/night, which will be charged as an optional extra.

Young children:
The small size of the accommodation is not suitable for young children.

Welcome pack:
We offer you a welcome pack with coffee pods for NESPRESSO machines, sugar, as well as infusion and tea bags.
Organic olive oil, organic balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper are also provided.
Hygiene products such as toilet paper, hand soap, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machines are also available.
Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided.

WIFI - Television - Internet access:
An internet box with TV, NETFLIX and WIFI offering a high-speed connection by FREE is provided free of charge during your stay.
Internet access is reserved for the apartment and only during the rental period. Each user is legally responsible for the use made of this connection and undertakes to respect the rules of computer ethics.
Any purchase or paid service made via the box, as well as any connection outside the fixed rate, will be charged to the tenant.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Illegal use and activities :
The tenant is obliged to use the property with due diligence and to use the premises peacefully, without causing a nuisance to the neighbors.
Seasonal rentals are for residential use only. It is therefore forbidden to carry out any professional or commercial activity, or any other illegal activity. Should any illegal activity be observed, the police will be immediately alerted and a complaint lodged.
The tenant must occupy the premises personally. He may not sublet or assign the rental contract.
It is also strictly forbidden to receive other persons in the accommodation who are not mentioned at the time of booking.
