The apartment was nice, quiet and in a great location. However, communication with Henrique was awful! He does not leave instructions on how to use appliances like washer/dryer or jacuzzi, the latter, most people don't have. My messages are time stamped. He didn't answer several times until I had to message again. I had problems with unusable 'cold' water showers 3 days out of 7. Henrique did NOTHING to fix the issue. His response was, I have great reviews on ********. Caveat Emptor = Buyer Beware

Overall, I had a lovely time, and Henrique made himself very available to me if ever I needed assistance. The unit itself was cozy, the outdoor patio was a delight, and the neighborhood was extremely walkable. I'd absolutely consider staying here again.
