Studio in Bairro Alto/Principe Real

Very cozy, close to all the great stuff in Bairro Alto and Principe Real, 10 min walk to metro. The space is private and quiet but still near the bustling restaurants and bars. There were less expensive places listed on another platform, but having my own place with a gay owner is more important to me. Paulo is an absolute gem of a guy. He was always prompt to respond with any recommendations I needed and where to go. Comfy bed and great host!

Paulo was an exceptional host. He was very charming and kind and gave us insights to the city. The studio was very large with any amenities you could possibly need. I loved that there were so many cafes restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. If I ever go back to Lisbon I will certainly stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to everything and still really quiet. The apartment has all the facilities you'd expect. Paulo was easy to communicate with and was great with check in/check out.

First time in Lisbon - Paulo is a great host. Very good communication. He gave accurate information on what is around the neighborhood. His place had all the essentials needed for my stay. The only thing I wished was a television - good thing I brought my laptop to be able to watch something on my downtime. Paulo is very knowledgeable and caring during my stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again if opportunity arises

In the heart of one of the busiest area of Lisbon, the appartement is located in a very quiet street. And that's an excellent point! You can enjoy restaurant, shops, and bars just a few minutes away from the place. Its also a 20min walk from Praça do Comércio. Paulo is a great host and I highly recommend booking with him. He makes you very comfortable. Thanks again Paulo for your kindness and your warm welcome, we felt like at home during our stay.

Nice little apartment right in the centre of Bairo Alto, cosy and clean, equipped with a washing machine. Even if it's located only a few footsteps to many bars and gay venues, is a very calm part of Bairo Alto. I'd love to come back, thank you Paolo for hosting us.

Great location within easy walking distance of night life but off the track for most of the party people. Space has been nicely redone and functions fine. The first floor windows have shutters but it was too hot to close them, so hung sheets over the windows for privacy. No big deal.; just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay in this property again..

Paolo's apartment is very comfortable and located in a charming street in the heart of Bairro Alto, an old neighborhood in the old center of Lisbon.. The apartment is modern and comfortable and well equipped. It's central to everything tourists want to see and do. I mentioned to Paolo how I loved the street and how the neighbors get together in the evenings to chat. It's very lively and I will always fondly remember how fun it was to listen to them even though I didn't understand very much.

Nice, well-decorated studio, clean and functional (as shown in the photos). Well located, near bars, restaurants, grocery stores and nice shops; and all this on a quiet street. Paulo is friendly and gives good advice. We highly recommend him.
