The apartment was perfect for 4 people. Well placed and not too far from metro.

Guys save your money!!! Do not book here. Check in was great and the area is great. WiFi did not work the entire first day, when this was addressed to the owner he promised to come and fix it and he never did! When I asked him to at least reimburse me for the sim car he got furious and kicked me out of the house!! I do not recommend. What an awful experience!!!

João was wonderful! He made himself available and was very fast at responding to text messages. The apartment was super clean, spacious and sunny, and the location was ideal. It is in an old part of town where many of the gay bars are located (2 of the more popular ones were right around the corner _ bear bar down the street!) Many of the sights are within walking distance and there are plenty of great little restaurants within a stones throw. I would definitely rebook with him. I thought it was a great value and a memorable experience

We had a pleasant stay in Joao's apartment which benefits from a very good location. The accommodation met our expectations. The bedrooms are located on the courtyard side, in a quiet area, which is particularly comfortable. Joao welcomed us personally and was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this apartment.

Joao was great he was very accommodating and we really appreciated the earlier check in. Found the location to be excellent, very close to all the action, and still in a relatively quiet area. Definitely where you will want to be if you like the nightlife and great restaurants. Would recommend and stay again!
