The very large Heated Pool and Gardens are shared with the other rental units that Tom owns on the street. The deck has a shaded area and a sunny area with Lounge chairs. You have a choice to stay at your private yard and seating area or enjoy the pool and deck. This pet friendly apartment is located in quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Wilton Drive.

Inside the Apartment, Outside Deck, Pool Deck area there is absolutely NO Smoking, NO Marijuana, NO Drug use, NO Vaping. Sorry for such strict rules, but the problem is the smells linger and stay in the apartment and it is impossible for us to remove the smells. If it is determined that there has been smoking, marijuana, drug use, vaping on the property a $500.00 charge will be assessed.
