To keep everything smooth and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these essential house rules: • Better not smoking indoors (extra cleaning fees may apply if odors or stains are left).(If you are a higggggh smoker please contact me) • Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to respect neighbors. • No parties, events, or additional overnight visitors without prior approval. • Shoes off inside to keep floors clean. • Please treat the space with care: I have many unique/fragile/decorative items (some strange or personal collections) — do not move, use, or take them away. They are not for guest use. • Be extra careful around walls and floors — avoid anything that could cause damage, marks, stains, or dirt (e.g., no heavy items dragged, no spills left uncleaned).
