We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest. This is a space designed to relax and feel comfortable, so we ask you to follow some simple rules to keep the loft in excellent conditions for everyone. Care of the space: Please treat the loft with the same care as your own home. Avoid moving furniture or altering the layout of the space. Electricity and air conditioning: Turn off lights, appliances and air conditioning when you leave the loft. Air conditioning should be used sparingly. Noise: The building is residential, so we ask that you maintain respectful noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM. Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed inside the loft. Additional Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed, unless previously agreed upon. Trash: There is a garbage chute in the hallway. All garbage must be placed in closed bags before disposal. Building Amenities: The building has a rooftop, heated pool, fitness center and business center. Please respect the building rules and other residents when using these areas. Before leaving the loft, please: Turn off lights and air conditioning, close doors and windows.
