This is a strict non-smoking unit inside - that includes weed/tobacco/cloves. Smoking is outside only.
Guest agrees to provide photo ID prior to their check-in day.
For monthly stays, housekeeping every 2 weeks is required at $120/visit. Housekeepers clean entire home including floors, kitchen/dishes and bathrooms, and change all towels and sheets (they will work around your schedule).
