First Floor The main living area features a large sectional chaise lounge surrounding a 70" smart TV with soundbar — the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Two reading chairs sit by the window, and a chic table for 4 is ideal for board games or cards. A wet bar lets you mix drinks, chill wine, or put together snacks. A cozy twin bed rounds out the first floor sleeping options. Visit in March for Atlantic City Restaurant Week for some of the best deals in the city. Most of what you'll want is walkable right from the house, especially along the Boardwalk. When your feet need a break, hop on the AC Jitney — an inexpensive minibus running 24/7 along Pacific Ave with stops at all major casinos and attractions. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and local taxis are also readily available. Having your own car is handy for trips beyond the city or down toward Chelsea/Ducktown. Pets: Welcome! A pet fee applies — please let us know before booking. TV: One 70" Smart TV in the living room (streaming only, no cable). Noise: Out of respect for our neighbors, the property has noise-level sensors installed. These devices do not record audio — they only detect decibel levels and log a time-stamped reading if noise exceeds a reasonable threshold. As long as you're not throwing a loud late-night party, you'll never hear about it. Age requirement: Per Atlantic City regulations, reservations require at least one guest to be 21 or older. No exceptions. Groups & events: We warmly welcome bachelor/bachelorette parties, golf trips, family reunions, corporate retreats, and milestone birthdays. Just give us a heads up — we're happy to share recommendations! Winter stays: Atlantic City's proximity to the ocean means it can get cold and occasionally snowy in fall and winter. Pack layers!
