Cedar Springs, the gayborhood’s main strip, is walkable in under two minutes. Gyms nearby (Equinox 5 min drive and LA Fitness 8 min drive). Airport is 10 minutes by car.

We ask you to treat this home and community the way you’d want someone to treat yours: with care, respect for shared spaces, and awareness that the people next door aren’t guests — they live here. In exchange, you’ll have a comfortable, private home base with gated access and easy reach of everything the area offers.
The Basics
• Minimum stay: 30 nights
• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Checkout: 11:00 AM
• This is a duplex — you share a structure with a neighboring unit
• One designated parking space is included
Occupancy
• The booking covers your registered party. Occasional overnight guests are permitted with advance notice to the host; regular or undisclosed overnight occupancy by unregistered guests is not.
• Subletting, re-listing, or hosting your own short-term guests is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for the conduct of anyone you bring onto the property.
Noise
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, every night. This is a residential neighborhood, not a hotel, and these hours reflect that.
• Outdoor music and amplified sound must conclude before quiet hours.
• Excessive noise at any hour that disturbs neighbors may result in stay termination per ********’s policies.
Gatherings
No parties or large gatherings. Small visits — up to 4 guests beyond your registered party — are welcome with notice, and must conclude by quiet hours.
Pets
Pets require host approval before booking. Breed and size restrictions apply — message the host before booking to confirm your pet qualifies. Documented service animals are always welcome.
Smoking
No smoking inside the unit. Outdoor smoking is permitted away from entrances and windows.
