A one-bedroom, one-bath unit inside Roswell Court — a gated enclave of 14 homes built in 1924, tucked inside the heart of the gayborhood. The unit is fully self-contained on the first floor with its own private entrance off the cobblestone courtyard.
The interior is eclectic and intentional: hardwood floors and tile throughout, a wood-burning fireplace with painted blue-and-white tile surround, a plant-filled entry with patterned tile, and a kitchen featuring a custom stained glass window and cobalt subway tile backsplash. The space lives like a home, not a rental — full kitchen, full washer/dryer, and covered carport parking included.
Security cameras located on the front of home facing driveway and street. No cameras inside.
Oak Lawn Neighborhood
Step outside and you’re already there. Directly across the street: Kroger, coffee shops, dining, our gay bars, salons, thrift shops with purpose (Out of the Closet, Genesis Benefit), pharmacy, and the library. Cedar Springs, the gayborhood’s main strip, is walkable in under two minutes. Gyms nearby (Equinox 5 min drive and LA Fitness 8 min drive). Airport is 10 minutes by car.

This home is part of a small, quiet neighborhood of about 14 residences — a mix of long-term owners, renters, and occasional guests. It sits near the entertainment district but was built as a genuine residential enclave, and it carries that character.
We ask you to treat this home and community the way you’d want someone to treat yours: with care, respect for shared spaces, and awareness that the people next door aren’t guests — they live here. In exchange, you’ll have a comfortable, private home base with gated access and easy reach of everything the area offers.
The Basics
• Minimum stay: 30 nights
• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Checkout: 11:00 AM
• This is a duplex — you share a structure with a neighboring unit
• One designated parking space is included
Occupancy
• The booking covers your registered party. Occasional overnight guests are permitted with advance notice to the host; regular or undisclosed overnight occupancy by unregistered guests is not.
• Subletting, re-listing, or hosting your own short-term guests is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for the conduct of anyone you bring onto the property.
Noise
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, every night. This is a residential neighborhood, not a hotel, and these hours reflect that.
• Outdoor music and amplified sound must conclude before quiet hours.
