1. RENTAL TERMS Check-in: 3:00 PM (Flexible) Check-out: 11:00 AM Only registered guests permitted. 2. PAYMENT TERMS 100% due at booking. All payments in USD. Florida State Sales Tax and Broward County Tourist Development Tax apply. 3. MODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY 50% refund if canceled 7 days before arrival. Returned within 14 days after check-out minus deductions. 5. HOUSE RULES - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. - No smoking inside the home. - No illegal activity. - Compliance with City of Hollywood regulations required. 6. POOL SAFETY No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. No diving. Children must be supervised. No glass in pool area. Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol. 7. JACUZZI SAFETY Use of the jacuzzi/hot tub is at Guest’s own risk. - No lifeguard on duty. - Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. - Maximum occupancy limits must be followed. - No glass containers in or around the jacuzzi area. - Do not use jacuzzi while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may cause drowsiness. - Pregnant individuals and persons with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or other medical conditions should consult a physician before use. - Maximum recommended water temperature should not exceed 104°F (40°C). - Do not submerge head underwater for extended periods. - Guests must shower before entering to maintain water quality. - Owner is not responsible for injuries, illness, or accidents related to jacuzzi use. 8. SAUNA SAFETY RULES Use of the sauna is at Guest’s own risk. - Children under 16 are not permitted unless supervised by an adult. - Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes at a time. - Stay hydrated before and after sauna use. - Do not use sauna while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or certain medications. - Pregnant individuals and persons with cardiovascular conditions, respiratory issues, or other health concerns should consult a physician before use. - Remove all metal jewelry before entering. - Do not pour unauthorized substances on heating elements. - Do not place towels or flammable materials on heater. - Owner is not responsible for injuries, dehydration, burns, or health complications arising from sauna use. 9. PET POLICY Pets allowed with approval and applicable fees. Pets must be house-trained. Guest responsible for pet-related damages. Pet waste must be cleaned immediately. 10. LIABILITY Guest assumes all risk related to property and amenities. Owner not liable for injury, accidents, or loss of belongings. 11. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue: Broward County, Florida.
