Welcome! We’re so glad you chose to stay with us. Below are a few friendly guidelines to help make your visit comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. Arrival & Departure - Check-in: after 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM unless we’ve made other arrangements. - If you’ll be arriving early or late, please let us know. Ride requests are welcome — we’ll provide a lift when available. Guests & Occupancy - Please adhere to the maximum guest number listed. Unregistered overnight guests need prior approval. - No parties or events, please. Quiet & Neighbors - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise and our neighbors at all times. Smoking & Vaping - No smoking or vaping indoors. If you’d like to smoke outside, please use the patio and dispose of butts responsibly. Pets - Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Approved pets must be trained and are not allowed on beds, the sofa, dining area, or in the kitchen. Designated pet areas are at the side of the house (not the front or back yard). Please pick up after your pet and place waste in the trash container at the front of the house next to the garage. Safety & Security - Please lock doors and windows when you leave and avoid propping exterior doors open. - Do not tamper with smoke or CO detectors. Care of the Home - Please treat the home and furnishings (including the Restoration Hardware leather sofa and the 83" 4K OLED TV) with care. - Return dishes to the dishwasher or wash before check-out. Take trash and recyclables to the designated bins. - If something spills or breaks, please tell us right away so we can help. Toiletries, Bar & Consumables - We provide complimentary toiletries and coffee for your convenience. If high-value items are used up, we kindly ask for replacement or reimbursement. - The bar is stocked with a few bottles and mixers — enjoy responsibly. If you finish a full bottle, please let us know or reimburse. Appliances & Electronics - Each room has its own TV—feel free to relax and enjoy, but keep volumes considerate. - Use the washer/dryer for reasonable loads and avoid running them late at night. Parking & Transportation - Please park only in designated spaces and do not block driveways. - Host rides are available by request and subject to availability. Fees & Damages - Guests are responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations. Charges may apply for repairs, deep cleaning, indoor smoking, or unauthorized pets. Illegal Activity - No illegal activity on the premises. Violations will result in immediate eviction and reporting to authorities. Lost & Found - We’re not responsible for items left behind. If you contact us promptly we’ll do our best to return them (shipping fees may apply). Check-Out Help - Please strip used linens and place them in the laundry bag. - Start the dishwasher or wash dishes. - Remove perishables and take the trash to the bins. - Lock up and follow any key/keycode return instructions.
