Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: after 3:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM unless we’ve made other arrangements.
- If you’ll be arriving early or late, please let us know. Ride requests are welcome — we’ll provide a lift when available.
Guests & Occupancy
- Please adhere to the maximum guest number listed. Unregistered overnight guests need prior approval.
- No parties or events, please.
Quiet & Neighbors
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise and our neighbors at all times.
Smoking & Vaping
- No smoking or vaping indoors. If you’d like to smoke outside, please use the patio and dispose of butts responsibly.
Pets
- Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Approved pets must be trained and are not allowed on beds, the sofa, dining area, or in the kitchen. Designated pet areas are at the side of the house (not the front or back yard). Please pick up after your pet and place waste in the trash container at the front of the house next to the garage.

- Please lock doors and windows when you leave and avoid propping exterior doors open.
