Beautiful home in northwest San Antonio. You will have your private bedroom, a queen-size bed, and a private bathroom. You can use the kitchen, living room, and garden. Internet, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities are available. Towels are included.
The home is centrally located and close to the airport. Downtown is about a 20-25 minute drive, depending on traffic. Fiesta Texas is around 12 minutes away, and The Rim is about 10 minutes.

The house is located in Churchill Estates, a quiet neighborhood in northern San Antonio near NW Military and Huebner, just minutes from Phil Hardberger Park (330 acres, with trails and a footbridge) and the Salado Creek Greenway, with La Cantera and The Rim about 15 minutes away for shopping. Notable nearby restaurants include Frederick’s Bistro (French-Asian fusion), Luciano, Po Po Trattoria, Rios Barbacoa, and Brindles for artisanal ice cream. The LGBTQ+ scene is concentrated 15 minutes down 281 on “The Strip” on N. Main Ave—designated a Pride Cultural Heritage District in 2025—featuring the historic Bonham Exchange, Pegasus and its Sunday drag brunch, Heat, and Sparky’s Pub. In short: peaceful suburban living with all the city’s cultural and queer life just a quarter of an hour away.

Welcome! I love having guests and want you to feel right at home. You’ll have your own private room and are welcome to use the common areas (kitchen, living room, and patio)—I just ask that you leave them tidy after using them. Smoking is allowed only outside (on the patio), never inside the house. If you’d like to have guests over, that’s fine—just let us know in advance out of consideration for everyone else. We’re in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we keep things quiet after 11 p.m.; you can arrive at any time, just come in quietly. Regarding socializing: from time to time I have events or personal get-togethers, and I might invite you to join—feel completely free to say yes or no, with no pressure at all. I fully respect your privacy if you prefer your own space, and if we’re both open to it, we’re happy to spend time together; both options are equally welcome. Other than that, my home is your home: ask me anything you need—I’d be happy to share recommendations about the area. Enjoy your stay!

This was my second stay at Jose's absolutely lovely home! Jose is extremely kind and thoughtful, and he was patient with me when I had some unexpected arrival timing issues come up. Jose's home truly feels like a home away from home when I'm traveling for work, and it is so refreshing to be in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood yet still close to everything in the city. Once again I would highly recommend, and I will be back soon! Thanks for everything, Jose!

Jose is an incredible host and he has an absolutely beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood within close proximity to everything! Staying with Jose felt like a home away from home, and he was extremely thoughtful and kind. It was wonderful spending some time getting to know Jose, and I really appreciated his kind gestures and welcoming energy. I am looking forward to my next stay, and would highly recommend to anyone.
