Self-contained 35m2 apartment in 19th-century Touraine longère, 10 minutes from Château d'Amboise, Clos Lucé and Château de Chenonceau. Close to the Loire and Cher bike trails. 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo. We are a friendly heterosexual couple and look forward to welcoming you. We noticed that our gîte was regularly rented by LGBT+ couples and that they seemed to enjoy it, so we decided to register with misterb&b. We live next door and you can call us during the day. On the ground floor you'll find a living room with TV closet, 2 armchairs and office area (wifi accessible). Upstairs, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom with 160x200 bed. Small terrace. Pond at rear, fishing possible. Friendly pets welcome. Parties and receptions not permitted. Situated in a quiet hamlet popular with walkers, your newly renovated gîte with exposed beams is accessed via the garden. A small terrace overlooks the garden.

On the first floor you'll find a living room with 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a closet, a TV and a desk with a chair.

Upstairs is an open-plan kitchen with induction hob, fridge, electric filter coffee maker and microwave. Oil, salt, pepper, dishcloths and washing-up liquid are at your disposal.

The bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit with a large illuminated mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rail and a bathtub. Towels, toilet paper and soap are provided.

Finally, you'll find a dining area with a table and 2 chairs, a small chest of drawers for storing your belongings, and a 160x200 bed with illuminated bedside tables. 4 pillows, a winter comforter and a temperate comforter are at your disposal. Cotton sheets are provided.

The glass entrance door has a shutter, and the kitchen and bedroom windows have blackout blinds to ensure perfect darkness.

ATTENTION: our accommodation is not suitable for small children. We have no specific equipment (cot, high chair, etc.) and the staircase is not secured by a barrier.
