Welcome to my small apartment in Brescia, a cozy and well-connected one-bedroom apartment designed for travelers, students, passing professionals or people curious to discover the city.
The house is located right in front of the Volta metro station, which can be reached in less than a minute on foot. In just two stops you can reach Brescia Central Station, from which it is easy to travel to Milan, Verona, Bergamo and the main airports in the area. The location is also convenient for those traveling by car, because the highway can be reached in a few minutes (maximum 2 ).
The apartment is located in a serviced and practical area: there are supermarkets, Esselunga, pharmacies, bakeries, pizzerias, bars and everything else that may be useful during your stay nearby.
The house is simple, well-kept and lived in (I live there and in fact it is not a hotel :)!) . A room or shared solution is available, depending on need and availability. There is also a study/work space, ideal for those who need to read, write, work on the computer or stay a few days in town.
Also available to guests are a projector for watching movies and a TRX for working out, if you wish to keep active during your stay.
I like to host people who travel not only to get around, but also to encounter places and stories. I have traveled a lot, experienced different things in the world of music and health care. I speak several languages, love to meet people from other countries, and am happy, when possible, to give advice about Brescia, travel, cultural events, theater, opera, places to visit, or just where to eat something good.
I do NOT rent a house as an impersonal, working activity: I like the idea of hospitality, exchange and meeting, always respecting each other's spaces, privacy and rhythms.

Less than a 400-meter walk away you will find everything that can make your stay practical and pleasant: pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, bakeries and basic necessities. The subway is about 100 meters from the accommodation and allows you to reach Brescia Central Station in about 7 minutes.

No parties, parties or events are allowed inside the apartment, respecting the tranquility of the house and the neighborhood.
Guests can feel free to experience the space naturally and, if they wish, even to practice naturism within the home environment, always respecting each other and the comfort of all people present.
Smoking is only allowed on the small terrace adjacent to the entrance to the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in indoor spaces.
For work reasons I am often traveling, away from home or sometimes working from home. When possible, I will be happy to share a few moments with my guests, perhaps over a good glass of local wine and pleasant conversation, or perhaps a walk on the lake!
