As the front door only has a fixed handle on the outside, care must be taken not to lock the door with the keys inside.
The radiators are equipped with connected thermostatic heads that regulate the temperature in each room according to its use. A minimum of 19°C is guaranteed in every room, whatever the season, in line with government recommendations. It is important not to adjust the radiators manually, as this could damage the installed equipment.
Kitchen equipment can be used provided it is thoroughly cleaned and put away after use.
