Full double bedroom with small balcony, room is only bedroom on top floor - private - main bathroom has luxe rainfall shower, 6 foot bath - 2 living areas' - main lounge, large sofa, 6 seater dining table, 75inch TV with surround sound - second living area on top floor has sofa and infra-red sauna, gym|yoga mats, kettlebell set (4,8,16 & 28kg) & ab-mat - Well equipped kitchen which you may use with dishwasher - no micrwave nor airfryer - sorry I dont do them - Machine machine/washer & separate dryer - Mid-century modern/vintage throughout.

This is a home no outside guests

Your room has a comfortable double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space, and space for luggage. hairdryer, plenty of plug sockets, - Feather duvet - 2 feather pillows, 2 hyperallogenic pillows - 100% cotton bedlinen Room is on top floor, its quiet. There is an elevator to Front door, there are stairs to the room. Please keep this in mind when booking

- light breakfast available - Oats, eggs, Moka coffee, bread, spreads, Milk, maybe fruit - depends on season - you can prepare yourself.

Location is super connected 10min walk from Bermondsey tube station - Jubilee line

Travel by traintube - all times includes walking to station: Airports -Heathrow 85min, Gatwick 60min, City Airport 35min, Luton & Stansted 85-90min Trains: London Bridge 15min, Waterloo 20min, Eurostar/St Pancreas 35mins Canary Wharf: 17mins door to desk - this includes the tube. I've timed it.

Car Parking can be arranged, this must be prebooked and paid separately pls let me know and I'll let you know how it works.

I go to a yoga class most days, if it feels right, I can bring a guest, only available afer discussion.

There is a lift to the front door, the room is upstairs I dont have a microwave, nor airfyer I personally don't use them. If they are important to you, please kindly consider alternate places to stay..
