The house is divided into two floors, the guest area is downstairs where there is the bedroom and bathroom. Above is the kitchen where on the table you can find in case you need dishes and cutlery and instant coffee. In the room you have a smart television with which you can watch your channels using your accounts such as Netflix, etc. The common areas: outdoor terrace entrance hallway, hall and kitchen are H 24 video surveillance by cameras. This is to avoid any inconvenience for both me and the guests upon your arrival will be given the house keys that contain a GPS, because they are keys to the entrance security door. From Casa you will be able to walk in five minutes to the beach and then get to the village as well. I work at the beach bar: Baia Stanca Beach Bar so all afternoon I am there working. In the garden there are my dogs, they are very used to people. It may happen that sometimes they sleep inside the house and it is very important that when guests leave the house, if they make sure that both dogs are in the garden. The key thing is to close both gates because other people live underneath and we have to respect the general rules 🙂 . It is not possible for guests to enter the upstairs hall balcony. For the privacy of the downstairs owners, my guests cannot be on the top floor balcony but only in their room or the garden terrace.
