You're in the perfect place for your vacation. The beach is just below the building. It's just 30 meters away for swimming and sunbathing. All local shops are 100m away on foot. There's a launderette in the building next door, about 20m away. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet.
The town of Ajaccio invites you to come and discover it. Air-conditioned T1/T2 attic apartment in the Parc Berthault residential area, on the top floor (no elevator) of a very quiet 4-story building, secured by Digicode, 30 meters from Trottel beach. All you have to do is cross the street to take your bath and sunbathe. The only district in Ajaccio with its feet in the water, at the start of the renowned Route des Sanguinaires. A 15-minute walk from the city center (Genoese old town, citadel) and its museums (Napoleon's birthplace, Musée Fesch). By car, 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry terminal.
The t1 has:
windows overlooking the sea. Living room table. Equipped kitchenette. Fridge. Electric stove. Crockery and cutlery. Dining table. Coffee machine. Flat screen TV. Sea view. Shower. Toilet.
