Miguel was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. He was also flexible before my arrival by offering a tour of the immediate area, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the loft had a plumbing issue that left the unit without running water. Miguel informed me of the problem after I arrived and offered the use of a shower at his apartment about 8 minutes away. While I appreciated the gesture, it wasn't the same as having a fully functional private accommodation, especially since it required additional travel. Communication was good, and Miguel worked toward resolving the issue, but it's something I think future guests should be aware of. The location in Polanco was excellent, convenient, safe, and close to restaurants and attractions. Overall, if the plumbing issue has been permanently resolved, I'd consider staying again because of the location and Miguel's responsiveness. I hope future guests are able to enjoy the loft with all amenities fully operational.
