🛎 Early Check-In and Late Checkout with extra cost (subject to availability).

🚭 You can only smoke in accommodations that have an ashtray on the balcony (use it with caution). Doing it anywhere else will result in an up to $2,000 MXN fee.

🛋 You must ask in advance for any bed that is indicated on ******** as supplementary. Before using a Sofa Bed, check if there are a pair of closures with support legs on the backrest and take them out in order to avoid damage to the mechanism.

⛔ Some spaces are intended for staff use and are locked. Please don't try to enter.

🐾 If you travel with pets you have to include them in your reservation (If isn’t possible, they aren’t allowed). Letting them on beds or furniture and using the dishes to feed or drink is forbidden. The special cleaning has a cost of $500 MXN for each set of sheets or duvet and each sofa or chair.

🚩 The parking lot height is 1.7m and you must book it within the time indicated in these rules. The elevator’s operation depends directly on the building administration and not on us. Read and carefully follow the indications and warnings that are at your sight.

💧 The water supply depends on the National Water Commission and the Water System of Mexico City. However, if any situation exceeds 24 hours, we will buy a water pipe to ******** the supply, whenever required.

🎈We are not responsible for forgotten objects.

🏘 The use of this space is for the benefit of all our guests. If actions attributable to you or your group affect another reservation, you could be penalized with the amount they paid.

⚠ Any exception to the rules requires prior written authorization and T&Cs may be different.

🛑 Failure to comply with the rules may result in the early termination of your reservation.
