Ceiling fans throughout the home help maintain a cool and comfortable atmosphere, while hurricane-impact windows provide added peace of mind.
The open-concept kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining and living areas, creating an easy flow for gathering and entertaining. It features ample counter space, a fully equipped setup with all essential appliances and cookware, a counter bar with stools, coffee/wine bar, and a dining table for shared meals. The living room feels bright and airy thanks to large windows that bring in natural light, while the comfortable seating area and Smart TV create an inviting place to unwind after a day at the beach or pool.
The primary suite serves as a private retreat with a king-size bed, direct access to the pool and lanai, and a newly remodeled spacious ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual-sink vanity.
