Enjoy a clean and quiet private upstairs bedroom in a clothing optional home, just south of Nashville, near Franklin and Brentwood. This bedroom comes with a shared bathroom. The house is on 3 acres of land in the rolling Hills of middle Tennessee. Enjoy full use of the kitchen, the screened in porch, the back deck, and the fire pit. There is also a dedicated workspace, a den with a large television, and a library stocked with books. This is the second of two rooms that I rent out on mr bnb, so you may be here with another mr bnb guest, depending on booking dates. if you are someone who prefers a private en suite bath, feel free to look at my other listing. A vegetarian breakfast is included in the room rate. The entire home, including the screened in sleeping porch, as well as the back deck, are all clothing optional. If you are not comfortable in a clothing option environment, please let me know. My goal is that you feel comfortable and welcomed. my house is located 18 miles south of Nashville International Airport, I am equal distance from Franklin, the number one small town in America, and Murfreesboro. Easy access to all freeways, though there is no public transportation in my area. Middle Tennessee is known for its rolling Hills, wineries, beautiful small towns, high-end restaurants, and music venues. Depending on traffic, you could be in Nashville at the Honky Tonks on Broadway in about 30 minutes. Closer to home you'll find Arrington Vineyards, a must for any wine enthusiast. Pets are welcome with advanced discussion, and there are breed restrictions. Smoking is allowed outside only.
